Refund policy

At SQ STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sqstoreofficial2026@gmail.com with your order number. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns on opened or used fragrances for hygiene reasons
